All plans can be modified and it starts with us understanding what plan you are looking at and what changes you want made.

You will receive a quote within 24 hours. Requests made after 1pm on Friday will likely be answered the following Monday.
Common modification requests include – but are not limited to – the following:
Changing exterior wall types (e.g.2×4 to 2×6, 2×6 to block, etc.)
Adjusting square footage up or down (keep in mind when reducing plans we can reduce to a limit of approximately 15% without destroying form and function)
Adjusting garage sizes (e.g. bigger or smaller or more/less cars) and entry orientation (e.g. front to side or side to front) and even creating a garage to match a home that doesn’t have a garage.
Reconfiguring room layouts
Altering the exterior building material (e.g. brick to wood, wood to stone, etc.).
Adding bonus rooms, decks and porches
Changing a roof pitch
Changing front elevation
